Billy ; I have been filing my saw chains with a round file (Nicholson) for 55+ years and rakers with a flat mill file. I enjoy watching you try many approaches, but I am way too old to change. I can usually get the rakers right without the little metal guide, which makes sense since I do the cutters by eye and feel.

We love our wood stove in the winter. I bought a 550xp & a MS211 & a 25 ton gas log splitter to feed it. I’ve learned a lot from this channel. 😁👍🏻

Hey Cat Daddy! My grandfather and his brother said they walked into the woods burning a lighter knot, pulled a crosscut saw all day, and walked out in the evening burning one too! For .50 a day! But my grandfather went to the woods earlier the days they ran the steam engine to light the boiler up at 3:30 in the morning to be ready by daylight to run a winch car that winched from both sides! 8 winches. Then in 1918 he was drafted and killed off half of Europe before coming home!

holy cow....3 hours of live feed... it's gonna take me 2 days to watch all this content... but i must say it's better than getting hung up on any tick tock crap or any such nonsense. so in conclusion to my comment at this time is: stay safe stay strong be kind and try your hardest to be honest about everything in your life. Opinions change, attitudes change, and the truth is sometimes hidden...so trying, in this sense is a good thing. Because honesty is becoming subjective to those who are listening. And comprehension is understanding to those who are educated in the language. I'm trying to be as honest as i can but even my understanding of certain things is unattainable. So in those certain instances i will have faith that what i do and what i say to achieve happiness in me and everyone involved will be understood. And i will hope that my silly sense of humor will not offend anyone.
