It's killer. How are you feeling about working with wood a lot? Is the low cost/availability of scrap pieces like winning the stock material lottery?

I'm loving it. For 2 months I used scraps of wood from work and had more then enough. I did go to the lumber yard tho, I got some nicer wood for real projects. I spent about 130 bucks but it will last me a very long time. Going to make clocks and bird houses for my kids etsy page

@@backwardsmachining7526 Nice! I love when someone is making things happen at a reasonable price, cheap, or even free. Could be a video comparing the machinability of various woods. I love the dragon, and I think I get that it's about the shape mostly for a logo, but it seems like the Dragon should be perched on something like a sign that has "Backward Machining" on it - OR - like it could have something in it's talons that has the name on it. Ideally it would include in what it's perched on or perhaps holding something machining related -OR- the Backward Machining might be constructed of things like a calipers and micrometers or something that visually represents machining. That kind of whole tie it all together element feels missing, but just an observation. No big deal.

@@johnstrange6799 John I swear we think alike. If you actually knew how long it took me to try to find and do what you were talking about lol. I did try to find a machine picture or something like that and there was really nothing that stuck out. But that is a good point I should have shown you guys some of the original pictures I was making for the logo heck one of them had a forklift lol. The detail is what I'm learning how to code now. I'm really hoping the feature cad program I got lives up to expectations. So far I'm not disappointed.

@@backwardsmachining7526 It's an interesting "dilemma" when the mechanical ability to do cool stuff meets the need and want of artistic details to make it all happen. You'll work it. You always do. :) lol the forklift
