Was in Norfolk last year and took a trip on a paddle boat steamer on the bure, there was a bar on board so I enjoyed the trip with a pint in my hand

When I made kits, I used to swear by the Muntons kits, always produced a good beer. Sounds like I need to go back and try another kit see how they now compare with AG. Great review, cheers.

Great video. Was looking forward to finding out how this new kit turns out. I too brew AG but it's the time that I struggle to find nowadays. What's it like compared to the festival golden stag?

+Tim Durant Well i will be honest they are chalk and cheese.For me stag was very hoppy in a good way.This is more session strength and a mild hop .

Great review, I currently have one on the go and am curious as to how many days your hops were in the brew. I've had a bad experience in the past when they were in the drink long enough to make the beer taste 'green' so am treading with caution, thanks

I normally only dry hop for 5 to 7 days at most .Have to say its been a while since i dry hopped now

@@beerloverTV I've never made admirals before but a mate did once and I enjoyed it as I recall. Have you done courage best bitter as yet? I've got one to make and wonder how it compares to the real thing?

I think i did a review of the directors.But they do a best bitter also not had that one.

I've used all the American hops + Galaxy and I've found that Mosaic is the only one that gives body and sweetness although I'm sure there's no sugar in it. It makes the beer tasting full even at a low abv.

How long do you leave in fermentation bucket, the first I did 10 days and it turned out ok, will it be better if I leave for longer before barrelling?

You only want it to be completed the fermemtation when gravity is stable over 2 days.Once that done it will get better in the bottle or barrel.But bear in mind once you tap the barrel you need to add c02 to it if possible to keep it from spoiling sooner.

Hi mate,, Could you tell me if the 2 cans are marked A and B or 1 and 2 or something... I fancy trying it but I only do half batches and was wondering if i could just use 1 can at a time?
