I mean from what I got alpharius is loyal. Omegon heretical. Omegon got killed by rogal. Gorillaman killed a Legionaire and thought he was omegon. And the legion is split into tiny groups between a few dozen and a few hundred. The loyal search for their primarch yet couldn't find him yet. The latest attempt was with necrons yet it was the deceiver playing as alpharius. So he will probably return some day

I dont know why you....dudes, are confused! Alpharius is the dude the Emperor found first, it is in his freaking name. Horus was designed to betray the Emperor and instigate the Heresy. The Emperor was clear, he meant the Imperium to be ruled by plain, baseline humans and not super creatures like the Primarchs and the Astartes. So, after He had created them, in order to reunify mankind and beat Chaos, how could He dispose them? Via a civil war! The Heresy. The Lion is the Loyal Son, whereas Horus is the Traitorous Son. They were meant to fight each other and destroy each other. However, with Chaos meddling, now the Heresy became Chaos in nature snd events started unfolding otherwise than the Emperor had planned. As a result the Primarchs were scattered among the galaxy, with the exception of Alpharius, who was found first at Terra. When Horus was found second, he was lied and he was told that he was found first, in an effort to create an additional kinship with the Emperor, in order to delay the Heresy. So, Alpharius was put aside in secret. When time came Omegon was created (he is a clone) and he was passed as Alpharius, with his "secret twin", being the actual Alpharius, who was called Omegon by the few that knew his existence. Then Omegon (everyone calling him Alpharius) was killed and the actual Alpharius took his name and made himself public. Who is loyal to the Emperor of course, but let's not delve into that. So, to sum things up. Alpharius was kept a secret, Omegon was created, he was presented as Alpharius, Alpharius took the name of Omegon with few knowing his existence, Omegon died and Alpharius revealed himself as Alpharius. Not confusing actually. Source; I am Alpharius.
