Locally in south central texas, the tree guys are quoting 250 per stump. If you assume a 20% burden for wear and tear and fuel for tractor, that means break even on this is 18 stumps. (250 - 20% = 200 per stump. 3600 including shipping divided by 200 per stump = 18 stumps.

What size tree stumps do you recommend this for? Is there a maximum diameter?

The stump grinder can go through any diameter, just make sure you are taking small passes starting at the right of the stump!

I plan to buy a stump grinder soon. I’m not really sold on this compared to the 24… idk if I see an extra $1000 worth of features. I’ll definitely call in and talk to yall before I order
