It's so fun when your interests align with your parents interests!! I think it's so neat that me and my dad have similar interests. He used to be a religious studies professor at a university and it's super neat that now I'm also super into the occult and witchcraft and stuff (I'm a witch haha)

fun fact about zucchini you can eat the flowers and make tacos out of them and they are really good when you pan fry them before you eat like a taco. my mom when i was younger made them all the time and she would panfry them with butter and add taco seasoning and then make avocado crème and we would put them on tortillas with the avocado crème and some cheese and it's nice to eat them that way.

This was really comforting to watch. I'm having a bad migraine day and its a lot but this was such a treat! I'm so sorry to to hear about your sweet baby! I’m glad they’re getting better! I hope you all have a lovely day! I have so many I want to get done. One of them is a pair of kewpie babies that look my my kiddos. I want to work on my Ghibli arm. I honestly could go on and on. For the majority of my life, we had three cats: Angel, Thor and Tigger. They all sadly passed within a few years of each other and I miss them dearly. They were the best. I was across the country when our first dog passed and that was really hard. He was a huge asshole but I loved him. I actually have a planned art project to basically make a shrine of all of my past fur babies (and one scaly baby)!!

I think it’s easier to just outright tell them rather than hint , just straight forwardly state you like the style/music/etc , re assure them you’re ok and normal and there’s nothing wrong with goth stuff (some parents might have negative preconceptions of it) calmly explain if they have any questions, and tell them you love them and would love their support in your fashion/music endeavours ! (If your parents are chill, if not, maybe wait until you’re older or just do goth stuff secretly for now)
