I love the bit at 1.30, mean sounding bass growling.

I've got the Arcane Drum, Glitch Storm MK1 and MK2. All great fun to play. Sync them (or un-sync) with a digital delay and it's amazing what can be achieved.

All good value for the price. I got the Fluorine too, it’s like a glitch storm with more variation, but half the price of a prismatic spray …

@@father_moo I'm thinking of either the Fluorine or the Ono Sendi ( or eventually both). I know the Arcane has sync in, I run mine off the Glitch MK2. Ideally they would all have sync or trigger in. I sometimes plug them into the audio in of my Novation Miniinova for added sound variations

@@brianwilliams3621 the mininova filter will be a good addition. I have OnoSendai too. The difference is: Fluorine, like Glitch Storm, is generative; it is constantly making "music.' Ono Sendai is more like a programmable drum machine, not Bytebeat. Those devices all sound good through any cheap old Kaoss pad too.

I use the Mininova audio in and into the various "vocoda" options or just press the various preset sounds and hear what comes out. I'm not familiar with the Kaoss pad, so mo idea what it does but might look for a cheap used one. Also tempted by the Korg NTS-3 which is out soon, it seems to be based on the Kaoss, I have the NTS-1, I like it. Small low tech stuff can be such fun.

Yup, korg is also releasing a kaoss pad kit and it's cheap. A kaoss pad is just like the audio processor on your mininova, except you probably use knobs to adjust the sound, while the kaoss pad uses an X/Y touchpad to adjust it.

The new Korg NTS-3 Kaoss looks good and not too expensive. I shall check it out and see what it does but I love my NTS-1, so hopefully the NTS-3 will be just as much fun.
