I believe it is more about finding hope where there appears to be none. Sometimes hope comes in simple forms. Someone saying hello, offering you a drink, etc... That moment when some other person makes you realize, you aren't invisible or insignificant... Those moments are where hope lives... It's why I am still alive.

Good for you! Keep that mentality as long as you can. The older I get, the more I realize just how negative and jaded our society has become (or perhaps always has been) and I find myself agreeing with the line "...I despise this life" more and more. To stay positive throughout life is truly a victory! And I hope I can claw my way back from the despair I'm feeling and be a human who's a positive influence on others.
