I dunno... seems like a nice checkers board.... but I wouldn't use it for chess. UNLESS.... you make the pieces stone v lava... then i could get with the idea... but wvb on a stone v lava board... does not compute.. meatloaf with a green sauce...

Excellent work, congratulations. But wouldn't it be better to make it disassembled to be able to change the leds if they burn out?... and an idea, you could use a dimming system for light by slow cycles, for a pulsating effect.

Great video! One suggestion that might help. I burn my wood first and then cut it for clean, crisp lines, then come come back with a small torch to blacken the cut areas. This video helped me solve some issues I've been thinking about. Where did you get the see through Rock-Glass? Love the look!
