In my 89 yrs old on this planet, I have seen very few people that are as genius; as the author of this video; and other videos that he makes. His talents can NOT be learned. It is innate from Heaven-Praise Jesus. Thank you kind Sir for your sharing your talents with us. You are truly a "cut" above. I wait patiently for each new video you make and I have downloaded every one. They are all so interesting to watch. Not to mention learning things that I would never have thought about.

Ive been enjoying your stuff for the last week or so. I wasn't quite sure what it was that had me ,other than the innovative small shop stuff, and then it came to me... NO POCKET HOLES. Wow, someone who doesn't turn his projects into Swiss cheese as well as compromising the structural integrity. Now don't get me wrong I have been known to use a pocket hole when absolutely necessary. It's just so refreshing to see some woodworking. Keep it up, from another colonial but in the great white north. jim

I had been wondering why you didn't simply hinge the work surface so it folded down for access and lifted up to close. Now you show that this allows you to get at the shelves without taking up the space in front. Nice.

This project made a sufficient amount of sense as it was where you left off last time, but now it suddenly became brilliant! I might suggest routing a 20-30 cm long rabbet at the center of the table frame right where the doors meet (maybe with a cove router cutter for aesthetics). Since the cabinet doors are flush with the frame of the table top/cabinet bottom, this would act as a finger recess to make it easier to open the doors. The depth of the rabbet would of course be sized to be the most comfortable for your fingers.

Very cool design and implementation. One thing I have had trouble with over the years is remembering what is all those bins and storage drawers. An idea I got from another KZbinr has helped. Number the bins and containers. Write down a master list with items in Alphabetical order with the bin or container number after it. Works good for stuff you dont use very often, but does require a bit of work at first. Now where did I leave that list.
