Definitely better as a bottle stopper. The meat tenderizer set at Niles Bottle Stoppers might be a good project.

I would have made2 stoppers with this blank.

That would’ve worked well! I just wanted to try a newer shape. I’ve done the smaller more square blank size many times. Live and learn
