@@PohlBarnProductions I will eventually send you a care package also. Just waiting to stumble across the right stuff. Any wood preferences from Missouri trees ? Cherry, sweetgum, red maple ? I'm hoping to get some Syberian elm soon. Most people don't know how pretty the grain is. Ohh yea, got more white oak burls. But they are religious. Holy, you will need to add resin to turn if interested.

My Grandfather was a master carpenter, a woodworker of all kinds, and a great man. I’ve recently gotten enough courage to try may hand at some carving and whittling. Very nice! I just picked up a Live Oak burl in Savannah and was looking for a good approach to turning it. I think this is the way to go.
