Enjoyed your video. I haven’t used the outboard turning on my Herald. Made similar smaller bowls for pistacchios or olives and their stones. Merry Xmas. Brian

Hi Brian, The herald is a fine lathe, and with the outboard you can do 55 cm in diameter, you do need the outboard rig for the tool rest or a fri standing one though .. but it works great .. Thank for watching the video.. hope you have a merry Christmas and stay safe 😀🎄

You definitely need an SC4 head to handle such a large material, I see it serves you well. Very nice lathe. Good presentation. Best regards, Avi ( Avi Art )
