When I first saw your prototype, my thought was, "Man, that's a mighty big handle for a bottle opener. "Then you explained that it was the handle and a way to store the opener. Brilliant! I love the design and the whole concept. What a clever approach.

Hi Andy! What a fantastic idea and so beautifully executed 😊 Well done, bravo 👏🏻 You always make it look so ridiculously easy… I love these little beauties that are a joy to look at and to touch and can be put to some practical use… This one could be used not only to open bottles, but also to crack nuts open and hold the hair thingies for my ponytail… Oh yes, and to play chess, of course, why not 😂😉 Great video and lovely to see you back at the lathe, and the sound of rain is a bonus much appreciated… The warm jacket that you wear in the second part of the video, however, gives me really hot flushes 🥵 but at least you did not have the fire going in the stove this time 🤪😂 Looking forward to your next project 😊 Whatever might it be 🤔? Love the idea of the chess piece. Will you be doing any chess sets soon. I know it would be expensive. But playing chess with larger pieces would be easier to avoid knocking the setup of the game down when playing with "normal" size pieces. Plus a display on a cabinet or table.
@AndysCornishCreations

Hi Judith... Thank you very much... Most woodturners have been asked to make chess sets and all tend to shy away fro the commitment of making 32 pieces that have to be very accurately matched...
