That is a gorgeous piece of art! At first, I was horrified that you were using acrylic paint! 🤨However, it turned out really nice in the end. 👏👏👏 the colours work really well together and the finial is stunning on top!

Hello Mr. White Cloud...I just ran into your channel. I am now going through your work and I am enjoying what you do. Your shows are very enjoyable and honest. You do show mistakes, flaws and the problems that are unexpected while turning. I like that a lot...Honesty and a straight forward turning!!! Great!!...TM

I like the proportions and colour choices. The finial is large but I feel the form rises up to direct the eye to it and it sits bold like the top of a samurai helmet. Nice.

Lovely piece although I probably would have done the lid & finial differently. I like the actual hollow form though especially the beads or grooves

Nice! Love the honesty of the base clean up. We've all been there. The idea to use a piece of curved burl was a nice idea. I do think the finial should perhaps be a little smaller. It appears to stand a little tall on the piece which has affected the balance but cool exercise. Don't you just love mac as a canvas for creativity.. J McK Studio Six Greytown.
