Cool details you’ve added. In particular, I like the custom medallion. Where are sourcing them from? It’s also nice to see the result that come from each particular tool. I may need to pick up the pointing tool now. Not so sure about the Elf though. Keep up the good work.

Lovely piece of wood. Why didn’t you fill knot with coffee grounds instead of saw dust, leaves a really nice black fill. I thought your texturing was good but didn’t really enhance bowl as much as it could have. I’m glad you shared this though as it’s given me some great design ideas for the future. Was the wood cherry.

Yes it’s cherry a nice wood to turn. Mmm coffee grinds…I think I’ll do that next time. I’m trying to get away from the epoxy fix. I’m addicted. So coffee sounds great .cheers!
