That's a beautiful piece! My uncle was heavy into turning and he showed me a piece that he made. It was not a glue up, similar shape to yours here but taller. He had painstakingly turned the wall thickness down to where he could lower a lightbulb inside and light could be seen through the wall. It was quite amazing. Someday when I have space and time available I want to take up this hobby and see what kind of work I'm capable of. Please keep sharing your skills!

Olivier, you are on a whole other level man! Absolutely Brilliant! It was pure joy watching you make this! Your video popped up in my algorithm for the first time. I watch a couple of other channels... Breizh Art Wood is one... you and Morgan are on similar trajectories with your creativity. On a side note... You could use this same template to make a hot air balloon wind chime or an hab lamp base or... LOL... I'm having my afternoon "bud tea", so this old girl's imagination just fired up! I'm going to your channel next to check out other videos that will showcase your talents. Thank you for sharing your artistry with the world Olivier!
