GREAT job Mike. Even with the simplicity of turning a box, you provide the easy-listening details which I find not only interesting, but soothing. I tell all my friends in the USA, they MUST listen to your videos. You are the ULTIMATE You-Tube wood-turner, bar NONE!!

A superb 101 on lidded box turning. and despite all the boxes I have turned I learned where I had started to develope bad habits turning my boxes. As a beginers guide it was great, to an experienced turner, a reminder of how to turn a great box. Thank you Mike.

Nice work Mike! I was wondering why you didn't put a dovetail on your tenon? Take care and GOD BLESS 🙏🏻!
@MikeWaldt8 ай бұрын
Hi Stehen, the "c" jaws from Axminster don't have an internal dovetail, they are straight with a raised lip on the end to increase grip when clamped down. Cheers. Mike
