yo Woody, if you still have to use your current pc next week, try disabling 'use hardware acceleration' option in chrome. Or you could lower everyones webcam resolution one notch. I've read that they both help. Lower video quality, sure, but it might fix the audio stutter. I watch in 480p anyway to save on my monthly data allowance. The webcam fix seems to be related to having too many hd streams going into obs......side note, you may have enough cpu/ram/hdd while recording, but just double check while opening links that nothing spikes suddenly in task manager. Hope it helps.

Woody, I hear what you're saying about the CPU and memory utilization. But, it isn't that you are capping anything out. There is an issue with your memory. Modern memory does not last nearly as long and needs to be replaced. The types of issues you are having are a clear indication that you are having memory faults. You can probably prove this by running memtest86 and find memory errors. If you installed new RAM, id imagine this issue would go away. I'm not an expert, but I'm 99% sure this is your issue. Great show! :)
