When I was in high school, they spent $7 million to install double locking safety doors in the front office. But the front office was detached from the actual student building, and you could jump a 7 foot fence to get in... Or go in through the unlocked back gate. Overall audio seemed slightly quiet and woody in particular seems to get even more quiet throughout the episode. I think the problem is that woody doesn't keep a consistent speaking volume throughout the whole thing. He speaks at full volume at sound check but talks more quiet as the call goes on.

One of the biggest issues with arming the teachers is for SWAT teams entering the school being able to differ a teacher with a gun vs an active shooter. There is a possibility where the armed teacher trying to stop the actual shooter gets killed by SWAT instead.
