Thank you for another lovely episode. I always knit along with a cup of tea, it's like being at my local weekly knit & natter group, listening to everyone talk about their projects. My favourite thing about Autumn is the crisp colours & even crisper morning air, while the days are warm. It's spring here in Australia, on the lower eastern side it's usually cool, very wet & windy, but the bulbs are coming out in flower & the trees suddenly burst with a full crop of leaves.

Another great podcast thank you - I was also intimidated by the slippers but am now inspired to cast on My favourite thing about Autumn is the experience of walking my adorable Border Terrier on those first frosty but sunny mornings where the sunshine is burning off that light mist and making the colours of the blackberries, hawthorns and hips in the hedgerows absolutely glow. All is well in my world in those moments whatever else may be going on in life.

Autumn is actually one of my favourite seasons and I enjoy the crisp air in the mornings as well as apple pies, etc. My favourite thing is a yarn market close to where I live, though, which always takes place in October. My girls and I have been going to it since they were little and now we‘re still going, which makes me very happy. It‘s a real highlight with lots of sheep products and live shearings every hour.

The hole is hardly noticeable but the itching…a win for Kirsty😂. Autumn has always been my favourite time of year. In Canada so the cool temperatures are a bonus and all of the colours, trees, sky, beautiful 🍁. There’s a dirt back road between my little town and the next where the trees from both sides of the road merge and when all of the reds, yellows and oranges meet its stunning. I took my 6 year old granddaughter through last week and told her it’s a magical fairy tunnel. Yes, now she wants to go all of the time. And, it’s sweater weather! See you next time! Whenever you’re there, two weeks, a month, whatever you decide, I’ll be there!
