Thanks Wade. Nice mackinaw. BMA makes some very nice wool clothing for certain. I bought the Loden green anorak. Im very happy with it. I also bought the canvas anorak to go over it. Havent had the oppertunity to utilize that one yet. Ice fishing season coming up though. Very pricey in Canadian $. But the quality is excellent. Thanks for showing their gear in the field. It does help in the decision making, seeing it at work. I hope you and your pup keep making vids. Im enjoying them.

Would you consider this to be more of a out in the woods kind of jacket or more of a wear around town kind of jacket ? I can’t tell if it’s something I’d have to worry about ruining if I wore it out beating around in the woods.

Good question, I use it for both. The wool is nice quality so it brushes any debris off easily. I’ve had it next to many campfires and I’ve worn it to the mall!

Thank you. I usually wear a xl and I got this one in a L to be a bit more form fitting. There is a size chart on the BMA website where you can match your actual measurements up to the corresponding size. Thanks for watching👍

I am a fan of high wool blends like 80/20%. Has the functional properties of wool, but without it being a moth magnet like pure wool and more wear resistant.

Sizing spec on their site is very confusing. Size small chest is 46" ???? Typical jacket in large is usually around 40~42". I don't get this sizing.

Hi and thanks for watching. For sizing you need to measure your chest and use your actual chest size. It will take the guess work out of the equation. These are made “true to size”. If you have any questions call Andy at BMA he is very helpful.👍
