I know this is old but DDND wasn't made by a "company," the developer made it in his spare time while working a day job at Tencent. Where, incidentally, he was also working on a KoF knockoff, among other things. The bit about quitting the company might be referring to him quitting his job at Tencent, as he was expressing distaste at the time for the way the game dev industry was going.

I see in preparation for the inevitable team dong dong reveal in KOF XV woolie is playing the only good fighting game. I saw a little bit ago that back in may someone unearthed the 10th anniversary version of the game and I was like "HUH?" and decided to rewatch a bunch of people playing it. The reason why the construction worker has lin and bat is because he's literally called kenshiro and all his supers are things like "hundred crack fist" by the way I think despite not resembling ken at all and having none of his moves. Speaking of kens the guy who's just ryu is called ken. I think the reason clark special looks like that is that there was a period of time where several of clarks supers were just kinnikuman moves. Like in particular clark special is just robin special. He also had clark(muscle) spark and napalm stretch. Unlike ralf who still has galactica phantom which is just one of hanayamas moves in baki clark lost all of them in kof 12 I think. God I still love this game even after all this time. Theres literally nothing in the roster indicating that this game is chinese terminator 2 except for the one character called terminator but this game only works in chinese anyway lol.
