The woolly mammoth woolen company merino wool blanket sounds like it's pretty good. Merino wool does not itch like other sheeps wool, from what I have read. How low of a temperature can you go down to while utilizing this blanket only? Also, check out alpaca blankets. They are supposed to be even warmer than wool. Thanks for the review.

Thanks buddy , yes their wool blanket is very comfortable against your skin and it doesn’t make you itch any. I have used just the wool blanket in the low 40’s and been just fine

Great review! I'm looking into getting one of these in that exact color. How does it fair for blending into your environment? I like to stay more unnoticed when hiking, and being out in the woods and am looking for a blanket that'll help keep me warm but also not be a beacon for attention.

NordicTurtle thank you !!! Both blankets blend in really well in my opinion. In the fall and winter the tan is much better of corse , and the green is better in the spring and summer

No I didn’t get a chance to camp out during it. Luckily my electricity didn’t go off either or I would have definitely used them in the house to stay warm though !!!

Phat Outdoors it is a Therm-a-Rest NeoAir XTherm max sleeping pad. It is the best air mattress I have ever used

Hey clp, just found your channel. I'm a fellow Texan also in the san antonio area. Got my own channel also. But that blanket is nice I use the old harbor freight wool blanket. Maybe we'll meet out here in the woods.
