@@natesharp867 Gamefreak: People keep saying our games are too easy, what should we do? Also Gamefreak: Lmao let's buff x items and add some special moves that one shot everything. And then, in the gen after that, give them a BIG form that basically lets them use those moves 3 times in a row. And make it double their health. Also make sure to take away megas and delete half the dex to piss people off. They'll all buy it anyway.

Dmax Wooloo wool would probably shrink once the dynamax wears off, it's not worth it. Also, you don't skin a sheep for wool, you shear it off, it's harmless to the sheep and actually usually benefits them by removing lice and shit

I think Shield is actually harder. Nevermind Alistar's ghosts. His movesets are a 2 part combo missing the first half, aka a broken moveset so naturally he's easy. But Ice girl? She can freeze you, which can potentially derail your game. I think her lapras is useless solely because its at the end of the fight, where the aurora veil is the least useful. All this assuming that she doesn't have some other move that will do more damage to wooloo or is incapable of freezing opponents. What's fight girl and rock boy going to do to you?

Imagine doing this with the ghost gym. Isn't there an item to allow normal.moves to hit ghosts now though? I think there is and if thats the case both are probably equally difficult.

The ring target may be the item you are thinking of. The problem there would be I don't think wooloo learns a move that can get the opponent to hold the ring target, as it is a held item. Jan would need a second pokemon that can learn trick/switcharoo for that strategy to work. Even then, if he were to take on the ghost gym, and he wanted to use normal moves, he would need multiple ring targets and multiple other pokemon with trick/switcharoo. Alternatively, Jan could use a pokemon with one of those moves that changes a pokemon's type to something else, like how the move "soak" changes an opponent's type to water. Sorry for the late reply lol.

I have tried a wooloo only run as well, but since I wanted to fully customise it, I traded myself a lvl. 1 freshly bred one via Pokémon home. As you might guess, because of that it has the "usual" flaw traded Pokémon have, not listening to you if you over level your Pokémon. Welp, I'll be honest after trying the gym a few times with a wooloo that wouldn't listen to me, I just gave up cause I didn't want to try and beat the gym with a (max) lvl 20 wooloo and no dynamax (which was part of the challenge here). Maybe I just suck ass at Pokémon, who knows.
