Thanks for your feedback. Costco in Brooklyn,NY never had this fan for $25.00 but when it went on sale it was $29.99. I made a few calls and trips to the store, they said it was sold out. I agree, the fan has a mechanical sound as it oscillate and also the beep when you turn on/off kind of annoying. No so much the beep, but the constant clicking. Wish it was build to move only left and right when you wanted to. I like it cause is really tiny, doesn’t take a lot of space and it blows good air

I just got this fan and love it except it makes a rattling/rapid clicking noise when pitched up or down. The noise stays when at less severe angles, but is the worst when locked completely up or down. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks.

I’m in Texas and we purchased the fan from Costco for around $24.99. I definitely agree about the beeping, but I also don’t care for the fact that the little lights stay on at night either. At least I haven’t found a way to turn them off at night. If it’s beside you or something on the nightstand, that can be really distracting when you’re trying to get to sleep. I actually think the sound of the fan is soothing.

Thanks for the comment! $24.99 really is an amazing price for what you get isn't it? re: lights What I've used is electrical tape, or permanent black marker (dulls the light a little). In the past, I've also simply just cut out a piece of thicker paper or cardboard stock, used tape, and made a flap over the offending lights. Does the trick, and if you still want lights, just flip it the other way. Beeping can be removed if you don't mind opening up your fan and doing a small little surgery to the speaker. Enjoy!

Just got this fan from Costco . From toronto . The fan is great . But how do you turn off the Blue light at night …..also on the box there is display on the box that reads “ Health warning ⚠️ Can cause Cancer and reproductive problems “ what ?????

Blue light was an issue with this. I recommend electrical tape. The can cause cancer and reproductive problems pretty much applies to anything electronic. (See this list: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/California_Proposition_65_list_of_chemicals ) It's a warning required if you want to sell in California.

I just bought this from Costco and used it first time last night. I can’t deal with the bright display light at night, it brightens up a great amount. I was hoping the light would go out after a few minutes but it didn’t. I’m looking at different videos to try and see if there is any way to disable that light.

Got this fan and I do love it. Although, there are times where it almost stalls or maybe the blades switch direction? Not sure. But it will rattle on my night stand and wake me up. It’s on a flat surface and in stopped in one position. Ideas?

Return it if you can. Sounds like one of the motors, gears or belts got damaged. Sometimes people manually adjust the head, and that damages the unit. I’ve purchased a returned unit before that looked brand new, and I think that was the case with that one (I exchanged it).

I usually just use a blast of air. The trick to keeping these as clean as possible is to have air filters around the house that clean the air for you. Maybe I should make a video about it. Will let you know. :)
