If you have the full version of Office 2016 installed on your computer and you're not seeing the Ribbon, we recommend closing Word entirely and then reopening it. You can also learn more about using the Ribbon in this video: kzbin.info?o=U&video_id=j-ZAVHk5SaU. We hope it helps!

my word 2016 doesn't have the tab "Format"!!!! It goes straight from (L to R) "Review" to "view" to "help" and then "design". No Format tab. Infuriating. Microsoft makes me ill.

Are you using Office 365 or the full version of Office? Office 365 may not have the exact same features that you see in our videos.

We're not sure why this may be happening. It may be a Word glitch, so we usually recommend rebooting the program when this happens.
