Does anyone know if it's possible to use mail merge AND the 'direct replies to' feature? I only want replies for the specific email I am sending out via mail merge to have the 'direct replies to' on. I do not wish have all of my regular mail sent to another email address.

Make sure your initial list is clean and void of errors. I had a running list with multiple headers to highlight who entered the information within and it kept giving me an error (I didn't make this list). I just created another column for entries

I use to be able to send a document as a pdf attachment with word. Just reinstalled windows 10 and now it says no mail associated with word. I do have an outlook set up and a pop3 which is the one that it use to use. Any help would be great.

It may not work as well with Mail Merge, but have you tried saving the Word document as a PDF, then going into your Outlook and attaching it from there instead of Word?

The issue I keep coming across is when the mail merge skips some of the rows of data.

We're sorry to hear it! While we aren't able to help troubleshoot as a small nonprofit with limited staff and resources, we would generally in this case recommend closing Word entirely and then starting over. Hope it helps fix the glitch!

Thanks! Actually it’s a problem I come across each time I do a mail merge, even after rebooting computer. I did find a work-around. Finally. I simply go through the step-by-step process. When I did that, the “next record” prompt appears on its own, and likely in the right place. Although I have also placed the “next record” prompt in the same location, records still get skipped. So while my issue was resolved, it wasn’t really warranting an answer as to what I was doing wrong in the first place.
