The results of not eating after 6pm for a month. The absolute best way to lose weight! No, its not exactly the no dinner diet.. I'm serious! Keep eating what you eat, no need to work out or go on a diet. All that it takes is changing WHEN you eat. This is an awesome little method I learned from my brother in law. He lost 30 pounds in 1 month! Just by changing WHEN he eats. Apparently the stomach's normal working hours are about 5AM-5PM. Meaning the latest you should eat is about 6. (Which is already 1 hour overtime). To sum it up, any food you throw in after 6PM will digest veryyy slowly since you are making your stomach work during it's nap time. Most of that food sits there until morning when you throw in some breakfast on top. Anyway, long story short: To lose weight, stop eating after 6PM! Also, your meals are supposed to be no larger then what can fit into both of your hands. You probably all know that eating 5 smaller meals is better than eating 3 big ones. But that's definitely a good thing to observe as well if you have the opportunity. Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Linner, and Dinner makes 5. ;) Not eating after 6 does not mean you can load up on pop, juice, or other yummy liquids though. If you gotta drink, then only water. This has got to be one of the best ways to lose weight! So give this a try! Make it your way of life and become a fitter, healthier person! This is called Circadian Rhythm Fasting. It is much more beneficial than the intermittent fasting cause it is totallı aligned with your body's clocks.

I lost 30lbs within a 2 month period. I love this method. This is the ONLY thing that shrinks my belly fat. I couldn’t believe I lost so much weight lol

Dead Eyes89 I would eat 2x a day BUT it was very small portions. And then maybe a snack. I walked 5x a week for exactly 15 min. I usually wouldn’t eat past 5pm. When I did that, the weight literally flew off.

Try brisk walking in the morning for an hour a day...I'm amazed how much my belly went down over a 2 month period

I started doing this before I even seen this vid & I lost weight about 10 lbs in 3wks... I don't eat ANYTHING after 5pm only drink water.... It does work!!!

@@k2vava391 u have to eat whole foods cut refined carbs n ur eating window body doesn't need much foods.. healthy fats protein will keep u satiated

@@k2vava391 you do feel the hunger on the first 3 days but your body gets used to it. It turns into survival mode during those hours of not eating. I walk as much as I can I try to do at least 10k walks a day. But if not I walk as much as I can around the house. Just not so harsh on urself. You’ll see great results

Me tooooooo I started doing this before I watched the video, I just searched on it so I’ll see if what I’m doing works, before I would eat by 9 some times 11pm , I stopped eating from 5 or 6 sometimes and the next morning I always feel guilt free, lighter and happier

Absolute truth! I barely changed my diet, I just stop eating after 5:30pm to 6:00pm. I cannot believe how much belly fat I lost and how much better I feel. Life changing practice, no joke!

I did stop but I restarted this year towards the end of January and I want to make it a lifestyle change because we really don't need that many calories at night.i have lost 6lbs so far!!will keep updating u.thank u!x

Very True and i followed what u said ; (may i know ur name please) , am losing weight ; totally stopped eating after 6pm , the weight is coming down, was 95 in sep 21 ; since ur vdo and applying the principle strictly i have started losing the weight ; now am at 77Kg (24-9-2023) total lost 18kg will surely reach my goal weight ; Breakfast and Lunch (2meals A Day) Eat Healthy ; Stay Healthy. If you are going to do it by the rules, then no. No food, fruit, vegetables, snacks, candy, etc after 6PM. Not even coffee or juice. Only water. It's hard but you will get used to it. Plus the results start showing themselves pretty quick so that makes it a little easier.

I stopped eating after 6pm everyday and yes I was starving but I’ve lost 10lbs in 1 week! I cut out junk, carbs all together, and anything sugar. I also walk an hour a day or more (10,000 steps or more). I eat 6am 12pm and 5:30 pm and I’m done eating. I eat zero snacks and only drink water, tea, and coffee!

I have lost 30 pounds with this method + working out 4 times a week in 3 months but after I stopped doing it for a year and a half I gained all of it back so it's something you need to do all the time especially when your metabolism isn't that great even at a young age

this definetely works. I lost 5 kilos in few month, even though I ate literally anything I wanted including pizza, icecreams and chocolate bars. The only thing I canged was the timing.

You're absolutely right. It does work. It's making sure you DO NOT eat ANYTHING or drink anything (other than water/tea without anything in it), after 6pm, though I try to make it 4:00 pm.

Yup! I agree! I'm losing weight not eating after 5pm! And my meals are not carb-heavy during the day, cardio 45 min a day BUT i was already doing this for a little bit and started seeing faster results when I stopped eating after 5pm.

There was a doctor quoted showing that eating within an 8 hour window per day essentially cleans the body of dead cells, including cancerous ones. I worked out for a month with little results. Started doing this a week ago in addition to working out and already lost 2 pounds.

I never eat breakfast or lunch, but once I started to eat in the evening I was eating bad stuff, snacks, chocolate etc. Had alcohol sometimes too. I cut out everything like that and had nothing after my evening meal, and lost 30lbs in 10 weeks. It was gard because evening was / is the only time I want food, but I managed it with great willpower....something I don't normally have. I go to sleep around 2am.

i can vouch for this because i started doing this before i saw this video and i lost 4 pounds in a week...still losing weight consistently every day. one thing id like to add that ive been doing is drinking 16 oz of water when i wake up and before eating breakfast. i feel like this really helps. nothing else worked before i tried eating this way. and i dont have very good self control so i didnt think i could do it but eating a big breakfast really helps to ignore hunger later. i will say though that when i eat too much during the beginning of the day (where i feel sick but i still eat just because) then i do not lose weight. you have to still listen to your body and stop eating past satisfying your hunger during those hours. im not saying everyone is the same as me but...this is whats been working for me. i also drink coffee every day which helps me too. great video btw~

I used to do this when I was in middle school, no eating after 6 pm and did Tae bo workout, 25 lbs down in 2 months. Gotta try this again. Need to lose 25 lbs again 😁.

Started today!! Got done with my dinner at 5:50 PM. I had grilled chicken, Brussels sprouts, and watermelon. Wish me luck :) I am trying to lose 15 pounds in 6 weeks.

I have been doing this for 12 days and I lost 2 kilos (4.4 pounds). But I had late breakfasts (11 am). I will try to do the same (not eat after 6 pm) and have a good breakfast + drink plenty of water during the day. I will come here and tell further results at Christmas 2021 if I will remember. @@bryangallardo1071 hi Toni. My routine is simple, I don't eat after 6 pm. But I do have a coffee with milk and stevia sometimes after 6. I also have 2.5L of water a day, drink green smoothies (Water + banana or a pear + spinach, kale, etc + a pinch of frozen berries for sweetness and less froth). At 8 pm I do a 20 minute workout (pushups, situps, leg raises, etc). 4-6 days a week. I have sweets only on Fridays. If I quit completely I won't stick to it. Eating sweets on Fridays reduces calorie intake seriously. I sleep 8 hours a day (less hours makes me hungry). I eat porridge in the morning instead of flakes. I boil it, I add milk, then seeds and nuts, LSA mix, then when it cools a bit I add honey. Not too calorific, but full of goodness. I eat buckwheat, and a lot of rice, with chicken, or just vegetables, or with mushrooms. I add raw salads or steamed green vegetables or a stir fried vegetables to meat or fried fish. I don't sit on any keto or other diets. I just don't eat after 6pm and it works. I am sure it will work for you too. Oh, I forgot to say. I don't drink alcohol. If you do, make sure you check the calories in a calorie book. A small calorie book costs approx. 8-10 dollars but it is worth every cent. I have checked on butter. 500 grams of butter is 15 000 calories. An adult needs between 1500 and 2500 calories a day. So, I started melting some butter before I make sandwiches, to make sure I use less. I hope that helps. Happy 2022

This is true. Many years ago I did it for 2 months and I lost almost 20 lbs. I will be doing this again. Many times I've tried again without success due to late night eating with my family. I will be doing it again for 3 months now. Starting today. Also, don't feel guilty if some days you have to push it to 7 pm if you are running late or if one day, you mess up and cheat, just try again the next day and get back on track but don't give up. Some nights, in the beginning, I couldn't sleep, so, I just went ahead and ate something on that night. I ignored it as much as I could and got used to it pretty quickly.

Actually this work in reality, my grandfather used to eat from 6-7:30pm and his diet was way more than any normal person would and after this he never had any sweets or drink than just a glass of water. He died 2yrs ago 102 yr age. Never had knee pain and any sort of obesse problems. Never wore any eye glasses always active and younger than his actual age

But what if you just delay breakfast? 🤔 then you would give your body more time to digest no? So maybe start eating at 2pm instead of 10:00 am and your body would have an extra 4 hrs to digest?

This is my story. Sometimes I skip breakfast and lunch together and eat a very big dinner & sleep well. Now I am 112KG (246pounds). 3 days ago started this because my mom forced me. No dinner for me. But I already lost 1.5KG ;) planned to keep going until I loose about 30KG.. I also do some weight lifting and cardio.( 30 to 1 HR activity) that is it.

Not sure there is a magic time to stop eating at night, however the general concept may apply. my diet mainly consist of a bowl of oat meal for breakfast one cup of oats some cinnamon, no milk just water, and honey, raw organic honey and cinnamon. for lunch a handful of nuts. for super sometime after 4pm a cup of rice with pinto beans and garbanzo beans organic and either corn or some other veggie. no meat or very little meat some times I switch things up but I am typically consistant. I may have some chocolate or something sweet but no GMO crap. and ideally chocolate needs to be dark and 75% cocoa or more. I walk up to an hour a day and stretching throughout the day. This is not done to loose weight this is my typical food of choice. but it works it's about consistency and will power.

I'd appreciate it very much if you help me: What about 1 liter water mixed with extracted juice from 1 normal sized lemon? Is it ok to drink that or does it have to be only water? (Lemon has almost no sugar with so little juice mixed with water)

Lemon water is good too! I know some people that drink water with a teaspoon of sea salt instead of lemon too. Not very good tasting stuff but supposedly healthy/cleansing. I personally think the lemon water is the better option :)

@@diary101 3 months and rigt now Aug 2020 my weight varies from 44.5 to 45. 😊 One thing I stopped using is a smart watch, I use the scale instead. It stresse me monitoring my heartbeats and steps😂 I can therefore focus more on dieting as nd regular excercise.

@Darkness 2k I changed my eating and cut off times. I eat my first meal at 12pm and don't eat after 8pm. It takes some getting used to but my stomach is getting smaller. Plus exercising is helping as well.

It really works and you can eat your favorite foods and even “junk” if you want and still lose. Even if I crave something at night, I know I can have it the next day, so I do not “cheat” after 6pm because of knowing that (no true deprivation) 😎

Yep. I used to eat like the food wouldn't be there the next day. I would stuff as much in. Not eating for 4-6 hours before bed has really changed the game for me. I have way lower hunger levels now and it is actually getting difficult to get enough calories because I don't really wanna eat. This is CRAZY! I have been a chronic overeater like my whole life!

This is the best way to lose weight. If night, evening are too tough my trick is to dinner some cooked vegetables with water or tea. Makes you satiated and maximum of 100 calories, not to mention veggies are healthy.

Great!! I tried this and I lost 5 pounds for 4 days doing this routine… thanks! ALSO, if anybody is curious how this trick works is when you eat, it takes 6-8 hours for your food to digest. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and possibly 13 hours after your dinner. You’re thinking, okay?? SO?? Well, depending on what time you sleep, an overwhelming majority goes to bed at 9-10 o’clock. Earlier, I counted 6-8 hours after dinner… So depending on how your bedtime routine is, your sleeping and your food isn’t digested yet. Therefore, it’s still in your stomach, and you don’t have time to loose it. BECAUSE what are you doing???! You’re sleeping 😂😂 So that food won’t go anyway, and that’s the reason why you wake up and go, “oh, why did I gain so much pounds?” It’s because your food isn’t going to digest when you’re just laying there, sleeping. This is why you should eat dinner at a more earlier time, instead of 6:00. Just trying to help, thanks for this trick!!

I never used any formal fasting but I counted calories and ate light I was 97.7 kg lost lot everybody noticed at work and church I was 85 kg. Boom the covid fear and anxiety am back to square 97.7 decided to start 1Febr today a 95.8 am looking forward. Am going to apply this fasting nothing after 6 only water.

The most important part is not eating after 6. The other stuff is just helpful tips. If by snacking you mean having a small meal, like a sandwich, then that's great! But if we are talking cookies or chips then of course that's not going to help the cause. And about the heavy or moderate lunch.. Most diet people will tell you that eating heavy is never a good idea, no matter at what time. As long as you are not stuffing yourself to the point where you feel like your stomach is stretched, then its all good. They say that having 5 moderate meals is better than having 3 heavy meals. So perhaps you could have 3-4 moderate meals all before 6pm? :)

So first day, woke up 1 kilo down.. at 121.5 kgs. Had some breakfast at 7-ish ..then untill 1 pm as we were with the family on the road and had some junk food burgers, etc...Couldn't manage to eat proper food..at 1 pm stopped eating till 7 am tomorrow, which is 12.02.24. Will update results tomorrow. I am currently doing few days a week night shifts and usually I am bloated after no sleeping during the night..but still..will see what's going on...

It's called intermittent fasting. For me it also works by skipping breakfast instead of stopping my eating early in the evening. The key is to just to do all your eating in an 8 hour window. For example I only eat from 2pm - 10pm. But I don't eat any processed food either. This lifestyle change has allowed me to lose 70+ pounds this year.

There's another guy that says to stop eating past 7:30pm for the entire month of January. This was a ginormous improvement for me since I do the late night eating thing. I started it on Dec. 28th and the pounds started flying off immediately. LMAO(literally) It's so simple and I'm not even perfect at it yet and it's still working.

I’ve lost about 3-4 pounds already doing this and it’s been about 5 days. I drink a shake for breakfast and lunch and been switching up between healthy meals for dinner I’ve been preparing. Trying to keep the fat content down in my foods as well. I’m currently at 270, I hope to keep this diet as a lifestyle for a long time and not eat after 6pm. Also been hitting the gym for once

Thank you for posting your results. I think the period of January 16th - 23rd gave the best gauge of how this is working for you, because it was a week that did not include total water fasts, which of course are going to accelerate your results. You lost nearly 3 lbs the week beginning January 16th, and that says something about the efficacy of this protocol. I think your big whoosh during your first week had something to do with releasing water weight.

This is what I do Eat at lunch maybe 11 or 12 a light meal then at 4 to 4:30 strictly nothing after 6. At 4 I have my largest meal but not mcdonalds or nothing something healthy. Then maybe half an hour of cardio and some weights and then eat the next day at lunch.

Went to the doctor and I weighed 150LBs. I gained over 10 lbs from the last time I went to the doctors. It was all because I would eat SO MUCH at night when i smoked. But during the day, I’m fine. When I saw the scale, I knew I had to do something. My grandma told me eating after 6 is bad. After watching this video and a couple others, I haven’t eaten after 6pm for half a week and I feel so much lighter. I did the water diet for a day I got sick from it. What I do is: wake up and get my daily dunkin (because this chick needs her coffee). Eat lunch and a little snack. Eat a big dinner sound 5-5:30. Then a little snack. I haven’t weighted myself but when I do I know I am down like 5 lbs. my legs look small and my stomach is more snatched and toned! With this, imma start hitting the gym!
