His mother knew that she was going to die, she knew it was the best of the children to have a Catholic Priest (on those times) as to preserve their future. He was in South Africa, the story changes as those times were not as abundant as now.

He was born in South Africa to English parents. He left South Africa at 4, and from what I know never went there again
