We know they sound really great but can we also appreciate how beautifully philosophical the song is?

Words, the obsession/sumptom of the idiot/power hungry and the fool. Who gave us words like war and combaAAAAt. Find them, can Use themmmmm, say themmm, you can heaar them. Write them you can read them, hate them. Feel themm (angry reluctant face). Hurt usss. You can die by themmmm. (You can) weaponise them. You can change worlddd by them. Unsoftly, quietly, unmodestly and disgustly. everyone everybody everywhere and everyway (Thanks World). Wholeeoleeee words (-___- hands on head), choeus. A letter on a letter on a stupid string. There's philosophy. Sounds bit closer to truth doesn't it?

This song and arrangement is sooo butter! Their blend is decadently rich and the mix is top notch. My hats off to the sound engineer indeed. I pray that when/if Take 6 releases some sort of live concert dvd that this mix is as such.

The smart ones who learn to separate lyrics from the sound. Words are venom. Manipulate world with it. hurt people. Start wars with it. Make decisions with it.

Words A letter and a letter on a string Will hold forever humanity spellbound Words Possession of the beggar and the king Everybody, everyday You and I, we all can say Words Regarded as a complicated tool Created by man, implicated by mankind Words Obsession of the genius and the fool Everybody, everyday Everywhere and everyway Words! Find them, you can use them Say them, you can hear them Write them, you can read them Love them, fear them Words Transmitted as we're fitted from the start Received by all and we're sentenced to a life with Words Impression of the stupid and the smart Everybody, everyday You and I, we all can say Words Inside your head can come alive as they're said Softly, loudly, modestly or proudly Words Expression by the living and the dead Everybody, everyday Everywhere and everyway Words! Find them, you can use them Say them, you can hear them Write them, you can read them Love them, fear them
I Disagree.. words don't come close to describing reality/nature of reality.. it should be words by the idiot and the fool.. the entire human dictionary (500,000 words) not even CLOSE.. to describing reality.. that's 500,000 pigeon holes/separations for reality and everything in it.. but reality is much much more than 500,000 mere words.. that's only half a million.. there are millions/billions of nature's/realities/sciences.. including the ones we are affected by... we are so blind as human beings.. we act all proud but the truth is we don't even come close..
@tommychappell63592 жыл бұрын
My Next song is Gonna be The Human Dictionary Doesn't Account for All Complexities of Life.. Words don't account for inside Realities/Folds.. the secrets, the truths, the lies, the deception, the unfairnesses, the injustices, the things that good/innocent human beings have had to put up with.. and we can't even describe our own REALITY because of complexity of all things that affect us.. words the slippery rope.. a Structure A Prison Made by the ''Genius'' and the Fool..

That put a smile on my face. It's always so nice to hear something "real" and honestly I wouldn't even say it detracts from the performance in any way at all considering I didn't even notice it for several listens. I'd much rather hear humans in their raw environment still managing to perform amazing quality and tight harmonies together over heavily sound edited stuff.

De är fortfarande helt fantastiska förstås, men för mig som liksom är uppvuxen med originaluppsättningen så väcker det här förutom stum beundran över perfektionen en varm och härlig känsla av nostalgi. Lite saknad också, faktiskt.

As Much as I am a GREAT fan of Take 6 since their inception in 1988, I must admit that T6 spoiled me when It came to Jazz, Accapella arrangements...etc. T6 Bumped Manhattan transfer down on my list. My First exposure to TRG was many years ago with their song "Accapella in Acapulco" All I can say is TRG is a phenomenal vocal group that could give Take 6 competition. This song "Words" really touched me deeply.. Amazing...
