Homogenized means fat dissolved in the milk with help of some machines. You can't separate fat from the milk if it's homogenized.
@kirangupta2215 жыл бұрын
I liked the word - bunny hug 🤗. When milk is passed through a small orifice under very high pressure, it’s fat molecules break down into smaller particles as a result of which cream (fat) doesn’t separate from milk. This physical process is called homogenization of milk and milk that is processed in such a manner is called homogenized milk. In India, government has enforced dairy operators to provide minimum 3% fat. But some companies give homo milk with 3.5% fat. Milk in which cream keeps separating is called full cream milk. It’s fat content is more than 6%.

My favorite Canadianisms are 1. The words "out" and "about" pronounced "oat" and "a-boat" when the person talks fast 2. Sorry pronounced "sore-y" 3. Milk in bags. Not really a Canadianism, but I'm a little surprised you didn't talk about it! Haha.

We have milk in bags?! Haha! I've never seen that before. I'll try to find out more about that.

And milk that contains less that 1% fat is called skimmed milk (SM). SM is used to make toned milk, homogenised toned from whole milk, buttermilk and so on. There are several varieties of milk and milk products based on treatment that they receive😅

Hey Mark, my favourite Canadianism is double double because I'm a coffee lover and i find fascinating that their Arabica beans used in Tim Hortons are mainly imported from Colombia given a distinctive and reach flavor. isn't interesting how global our local tastes can be?

I would say washroom is a quite polite word among others. The word Runner(s) seems like a man/woman who runs like athlete. Further, I don't know why they have made english so tough while talking colloquially. For example, 5 hole should be "between/under the legs", 2 6 & mickey should be remained big & small etcetera.

Deke?? Really?? Hahaha, I knew, hockey had something to do with male identity more than female. 5 hole sounds interesting, as well. I also have an idea of what the meaning of 2 6 and 2 4 is. I guess, the numbers indicate that you can drink it in a company of 2 to 4 or 2 to 6 people. (judging by a size of the bottles) ;P PS: Homogenized milk is mixed in a way that the cream does not separate as it usually does when milk is normal.
@MadEnglishTV6 жыл бұрын
Haha, yes! 2 to 6 people can drink vodka together. 😜 Thanks for the homogenization explanation.
