My negative thoughts. I will never loose weight I might never have children of my own I might never get married I might never live life fully in christ and be happy truly. But the truth I know today is non of this is mine to worry about, I will not live by these fears but have God as the fulfillment I need. Because of Christ I am not worried or anxious. My life belongs to God daily I seek him and his spirit lives in me. I love the living and dwelling spirit of God in me and praying is like breathing to me.

Good message! I can tell a huge difference already! I decided to substitute my negative thoughts with kids sunday school songs! Instead of holding myself and crying i pop out of bed singing "this is the day that the lord has made" when i think things about people its "jesus loves the little children" when i'm sad i sing "jesus loves me" awesome message I cant wait to take it to the next level!

I wake up to prayer and gave body to but when you have a toxic son in law hurting my daughter I get those negative toxic thoughts in my mind I fight it as much as I can and it’s wearing me down. I ask God to help me to get them out of my mind. Try not to think about those thoughts tried to go to gods way I don’t know what else I could do I pray, ask God to give me strength and those toxic thoughts come in my mind I fight it it’s a fighting battle..

We got into a big fight over the weekend because I haven’t spoken to her and it hurts so much. My heart is aching. I can’t even tell you words hurt, and when you’re told you not supposed to go to your grandson‘s game that was killing me because he was there and didn’t want me to go. I prayed and cried. I am haunted by my thoughts I thought the unforgivable sin, and even though I didn't want it happened. I have spent years in counseling trying to overcome an abusive past. My heart came alive as I participated in the Bible app Words to Live By (and as I listened to this msg.). Going in, my guard was up because I never want to be led astray by blindly following men/women. By the time I finished the devotional, I’d taken over 7 pages of notes! This is such a foundational “tool”. I can’t believe I’ve been a Christian for over 30 years and am just now hearing it. I guess I needed it at this time. Side note: How do you spell the Greek/Hebrew word for stronghold?
