It makes perfect sense what you are saying. I started taking magnesium glycinate last night and while it is very relaxing and calming, it has reduced my tiredness so much that I lie in bed awake.If one has been having sleep problems one should feel tired. I have been having insomnia for the past 2 months, I have no idea what triggered it.I am fit, slim, active and have manageable amounts of stress. Perhaps the many supplements I was taking. Now all I am having is marine collagen, royal jelly and resveratrol in the morning to keep me going especially in work. Any idea how to get to the root of this and fix it?
@KickItNaturally Жыл бұрын
HI Andreea. Yeah, I was an insomniac for years and it was awful. Affects every aspect of your life. Fixing mine made everything so much easier. This video will help you understand that there is more than one root cause and how to figure out the cause for you. kzbin.info/www/bejne/aXKQZ4R4jLKKjNk Since magnesium made sleep worse, pay special attention to the info about a catabolic imbalance.
