My Mom is like a textbook case of how incompetent doctors are. She was partying on the weekends and ended up with bad indigestion and throwing up turns out the gallbladder was non functioning, had that taken out, well sure enough that didn't solve any of her digestive problems so she went on PPI's, that didn't solve anything either but at least she could sleep without feeling like acid was going to eat her esophagus out. Then she felt like she couldn't eat at all. And was still having inflammation in her stomach, she ended up having tests done for h pylori which didn't show anything. So she kept doing what she was doing for another couple years, well of course the inflammation and poor digestion continued so she had some more testing done, she had an endoscopy to check for anything wrong, that showed extensive inflammation, but nothing much came from that and they prescribed more PPI's. She continues to deteriorate has extensive allergies and is now experiencing chronic vertigo. Doctors just see dollar signs when she walks in! lol She just had a freaking CT SCAN for the dizziness. They had to rule out a brain tumor. They also tried to convince her to get mammograms EVERY YEAR. She didn't know how to say no. I think doctors seriously just exist to make money. Emergency medicine is necessary and I am grateful for them, but everything else is a scam.

I always find it confusing when ADULTS don't know how to say no to something they don't want done to their bodies. If you're an adult you can simply say NO 🤔 btw people need to STOP treating their doctors like God's. They're humans which means they can be and sadly often times are DEAD WRONG!
@candacerushing68823 ай бұрын
@@micaonyx5301 Exactly! Another word for a patient is CUSTOMER. A few weeks ago, a gastroenterologist who was being condescending to me, had the audacity to call me “honey.” Pretty sure he’ll think twice before he says that to another female patient! 🤬

I was also on ppis and now I suffer from chronic low stomach acid. Your mother needs to get off PPI so that she can get her stomach acid back to a good level. Without proper stomach acid a whole chain reaction of events don't happen and eventually will cause kidney problems.

1. Blood sugar and mismanaging insulin. 2. Oxygen utilisation issue: Alakaline blood holds oxygen captive and oxygen does not reach tissue, Bohr Effect. Both insulin resistance and keto diets can cause low CO2. 3. Digestive malfunction - 4. Too much stress (increased stress hormones and treats it as an emergency) 5. Poor quality sleep 6. Adrenal fatigue

What supplements do people sometimes take when their blood is too alkaline (breath rate 3-4 inhalations a minute)? Thank you.
@KickItNaturally9 ай бұрын
That's very low. Most of the supplements that can really help that are only availalble through a coach. You can learn about working with one of our coaches here: kickitnaturally.com/working-with-tony But carbonated water away from meals may be a good starting place. and yeah, that sure could make you tired with that breath rate.

Deep breathing exercises.. could that help with the oxygen problem? I guess not really. Thanks for another good video.
@KickItNaturally Жыл бұрын
Hi, you're right that it doesn't help the actual problem. When dogs are happy, they wag their tale. So manually trying to change the rate at which you breath is like going to a mad dog and grabbing his tail and wagging it and thinking that is going to make him happy. :) Also, you google, "I passed out while doing deep breathing", you can see what happens when a person tries to work against what the body is trying to accomplish. So glad you liked the video.

@@KickItNaturally thanks, just one more. Have read that fats take 2.4 times more oxygen than carbs to burn as fuel. So perhaps not breathing exercises, but actual aerobic exercise is key to make fats count as fuel (per the article). Today I had a relaxed river walk but felt low energy, body felt like no 'electrics' . Returning back home is a gentle uphill of about 15minutes. I took it slow and breathed naturally. When I reached home, though out of breath, I felt no energy issues. Is it not what your point is maybe, in this video? So more such oxygen exercises for us fat lovers maybe? Thank you.
@KickItNaturally Жыл бұрын
This overly alkaline bloodstream issue is really not about the type of exercise. There are a LOT of issues that can restrict energy production, and this is only one of them. You really want to go through the free digestion course so you can learn how to look at all of your body chemistry and get a full picture of things that might be going wrong. That can allow you to figure out a whole plan instead of just chasing one symptom.

I have acid reflex with light heartburn . And I'm suffering from dizziness for last two months. For this 2 months i am having weakness all the time and feeling hungry every 2 hours. When feeling hungry i feel like I have no energy even not enough to move my hand. I feel like I have nothing in my stomach at every 2 hours. What are these symptoms of...? Is this because of gerd. It sounds like you're not digesting your food well enough to pull minerals and nutrients out of your food. Reflux is a sign of a LACK of stomach acid, not too much acid like people say. Wow thanks for the reply. I watched that video you recommended and saw in the comments that drinking carbonated water can help and also a supplement that is only available if you work with a counselor. Can you mention what the supplement is or what the ingredients are in it? I also read your book. I found great descriptions on how to diagnose alkaline blood. But not so much info on how to correct it. Thanks so much! Ive been binge watching tons of your videos and just ordered beet flow!

I wish I could, but that is why a coach is needed to access those supplements. so someone else doesn't read that here and take something that is wrong for their chemistry. But I bet you can search around and find some things. The most important part is to first understand that it's a problem and you have that now. :)
