@@breaunadeshae I got 2 rejections. One from a virtual interview with my cam on and his off. & he also worked at my last job and focused on that one place. The other was after speaking with the recruiter. I asked for feedback and she said the interview went well but they chose to hire someone who’d worked for that team previously. 3 are pending: one after a zoom with a recruiter who gave me a yes and said I’ll get to interview with a hiring manager within 3 weeks, one was virtual (I recorded myself), and the other was on Zoom. The other job ended with an offer after 4 rounds, but it does pay what I want. I just know there’s a lot I could improve since I’ve only gotten one offer.

Hi! I have a BA in Spanish but recently returned to school and changed my major to psychology. I’m planning on working in HR with my psych degree. Do you think I can apply for entry level HR assistant jobs? Or wait until I finish my degree? 😊
