I enjoy grocery shopping too but lately it’s been annoying! I heard mud packs are even better than caster oil packs, been wanting to try. Also yes you can throw those slippers into the wash, just let them air dry!

I used to have slippers like that and I wouldn’t wash them all the time but every once and a while is fine on a gentle setting and then air dry :)

Answering your question - yes, you can put these slippers into the washer :) I always do that with mine and they are just fine! Remember though to choose a less abrasive and shorter cycle :)

Whatever happened to that bump in your bottom lip? Did it go away on it's own or did you have to get it surgically removed?

There was a chance that my lip would have an indent if I got the surgery so I left it and its pretty much gone. I can feel a small bump and it could come back but its not noticeable anymore!
