We downloaded off the app store The Bible Memory App. It has a red bible icon if you look for it. To date we have 223 verses memorized. To pull this off, we get in the word most every day of the year. We spend a little bit of time in the truth, and this alone has raised my spirit. It also gave me “ammo” to share the word with others in my daily walk. Knowing these verses, having the full quiver of “arrows” lets me pull the right one at the right moment to share with another person and give them hope. Raise their spirit. ALWAYS seek peace over comfort. People have erased the discipline inherent in early Christians. Christ told us what to do WHEN we fast not IF we fast. Daniel fasted for 12 days in order to humble himself before God and his prayers were answered. Pilgrimage, fasting, hard work and the adherence to God's laws are achieved through discipline. Nutnfancy, you've helped me so much. My dad died when I was 17, and at times, I've felt like I'm having to figure out things the hard way that I'd otherwise ask his fatherly advice for. Time and time again, though I've gotten tid bits of advice, fatherly if you will, from your videos. "Live to Impress Yourself" is a video that literally changed my life. I listened to it again and again when doing 2 jobs and going to school and navigating a divorce. It helped me over the years to just take it one more day at a time and try my best. Someday, I hope we cross paths.

My biggest issue with Christianity, if you compare the apex/creation of the religion, Roman times and the height of its power, feudalism times, and the relationship between said leaders ie kings & popes, the Ten Commandments read off as the perfect tool of control of the masses. “DONT CONVENT US” “DO NOT MURDER US” “DO NOT EAT TOO MUCH” “DONT STEAL FROM US” During these time periods the average citizen/Slav couldn’t read, but they were reminded of these hypocritical statues through paintings, art, church etc. but when the kings & pope decided to Crusade, suddenly “papacy no matter if you raped, steal, killed a Muslim in the name of the holy land, you will go to heaven no matter the sin” I don’t know if it’s the human behind said religion or if said religion is just a product of human to begin with for control as exampled.

In the last 2 years I’ve shifted my focus from firearms related hobbies and hunting to spending more time seeking the Lord. He was the one drawing me in. He has been doing miraculous things in my life and it’s all building to purpose. I used to watch so many awesome KZbin channels such as this daily and the Lord gently showed me that I spend 98% of my time and focus on myself and family. Prayers were even more of a habit than a personal relationship with Him… He doesn’t want me to neglect my family or anyone else. He doesn’t want me to give up all the things I enjoy. But rather to make Him the center of everything I do.

I’ve lost 3 long term jobs in those years due to layoffs and have been on top of the world and had that rug just yanked out from under me. I’ve been away from TNP for a bit and loved seeing this as one of the first videos I’ve watch since coming back. I feel it! 2020 shortly after getting married the wife went TDY and was rapped, the trauma of which has strained our relationship to the breaking point in so many ways since. This year we lost her mom to cancer which has also been a big strain. She has had to deal with custody battles this past year. These struggles give us the chance to grow, adapt and overcome. I don’t know how it will play out long term but we must have faith, put in our best effort in life doing the best we can and trust everything will turn out fine. I just got 5 minutes in. I am not a spiritual person, but everything Nutn’ said is exactly what I am experiencing right now. The last couple of months I have been going through some hard times. At the beginning of the year I learned that my job was shutting the doors. I was able to use a job fair to keep consistently employed. I have also been helping a friend, making it a priority, and neglecting my personal needs/goals. Now production at work has slowed down, and my friend moved to another state. The last couple of weeks I have been by myself, or focusing on myself. I have been getting a lot of work done and have been achieving some small goals along the way. Sometimes we have to distance ourselves from others and focus on ourselves.

As a Catholic the very first thing I do at the beginning of each prayer, especially when I'm praying for something in particular, is to pray for the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. He must always remain front and center, first and foremost. Jesus ALWAYS comes first before any of our petitions. I encourage everyone to do the same in the beginning of every single prayer, whether long or short. Not only is it right and just, but it reminds us throughout our hectic days that we live for Him and that He comes before us ALWAYS.

I literally taught Sunday School today at Church in reference to Joshua and the walls of Jericho and the crazy way God told Joshua to overcome the evil city of Jericho. Great points. Especially about when you are awake maybe it is for a reason. When you feel sad, maybe it is for a reason. Etc etc. And great point about allowing time for God to speak to you and enter your life. I walk at least 10 000 steps a day with my dog. No earbuds... rain, shine or snow. We as followers of Christ strive to be Christ like. Everyone is on a different level of compliance and we all continually fall backward now and then. The key is to have a repentant heart and to live in this world for Christ not to live for the world. If one is truly living for Christ then the Spirit will be glorified when the time comes to move on. Great video Nut'n.

Paying for her bags was 100% the right thing to do. I helped a man leaving for the northern IRAQ at a Nebraska Walmart yesterday find some medicine as he had a cold and some deodorant. Heck I regret not telling him I hope God keeps him safe before getting my things. It bothers me today. Update. Was I was in the last few minutes of listening to this driving home today (the next day from above) someone was broke down in a road and a lady was pushing a guys car. This felt like a test with the timing that only 3 of us answered.

The timing of this video was for me. 😢 dealing with a porn addiction that may lead to the end of my 30 year marriage. Getting help for depression and going to therapy for help. Feeling helpless but your words hit home. I have lost some battles but the war isn’t over. All things are possible with Christ. Interesting timing Nutn. Been praying for guidance as of late. I hadn’t been praying for my relationship with the love of my life since I have sinned against her looking for affirmation from other women. Not paying attention to the most beautiful person I’ve ever met standing beside me all this time. Now that I am listening to God I can feel the guidance and even though it’s bringing a lot of pain, I know that there is redemption and love on the other side of it. God has a plan for us ✝️💙

Sir. I have been through trials and I have watched God solve them. This morning I was asking for forgiveness because I was questioning and being spiteful towards the lord for my answer not coming. And watching my parents being devout Christians struggling. I still don't have an answer. But I still pray and even if I'm mad I still love our lord. Sometimes I just don't like it.

Not a religious person at all, but I can appreciate the message. Life and existence itself is arbitrary and unfair. Just got to roll with the punches and have a positive attitude. When I’m having a shi**y day, I look at myself in the mirror and say, “at least you’re living and breathing, buddy!” Those affirmations (real and imaginary) really make a difference. Let the tears flow without embarrassment nutn! Not showing emotions is a sign of strength in certain situations, but when The Lord touches your heart, and fills it with The Holy Spirit the strongest of men cannot help but cry tears of joy. Tears of relief, tears of gratitude. As important as everything in the world is, work/guns/gear/family/etc. Our relationship with Christ is above all of that. Put on your armor people, and not the level 3 plates, not the ar500. Put on the armor of God. Do not fear the one who can take your life, but the one who can take soul. God bless 🙏✝️

The world seems so very strained and upside down. It’s like we all know something is terribly wrong but it’s hard to say exactly what it is. Unease is threaded through all aspects of our lives. A few short weeks after you posted this we find ourselves witness to an event, in the holy land, that has the potential to become a global war. I'm laying here. Long week at work. Very difficult day. Realized I hadn't had my thoughts on God. Normally I'll youtube some minister from long ago like Charles spurgeon or wigglesworth but really didn't feel like it. Felt like I needed to hear something uplifting but just didn't want to do the norm. This vid was available 46 min before I got on here to look. It was one of three spirit lead vids..it's the one I chose because it's the one that I needed the one that spoke with my current want in it's style. The timing for me was absolutely spirit lead.
