For me it is so important to take care of the body because in the future we may weaken.like katulad ko 71 kilos ako ung nagsimula ang lockdown and tumaas pa ng tumaas. Nag simula ako hingalin,sumasakit ang balakang at iba pang sign ng overweight.Then nag decide ako na mag lose ng weight and have a healthy life style so now i'm 65 kilos and still going parin sa goal ko♥️. Done na po sa pag follow ng acc🥰

Taking care of our body is important because stress can kill. By practicing love towards ourselves,we can reduce the negative effects of stress. Taking care of yourself is self compassionate. Having more energy help us focus and accomplish goals. Taking care of body gibe us greater pride in ourselves. Emotions are in tensified we don't feel good. Depression anxiety and stress can be intensified or even directly caused by physical illness. Healthy minds and bodies reduce stress and provide for greater well being. When the brain receives the proper vitamins minerals and omega 3 fatty acids our memories improve depression. Level decrease and intelligence can actually increase. Being physically healthy enables you to have better overall health. We only get one body so taking care of it is important. For taking care of our body here are the some tips. Eat a healthy balanced diet with lots of vegetable and fruit. Keep your immunizations up to date. Don't use the tobacco cape products alcohol or drugs. Exercise as often as you can. Stay aware of your emotions and moods. This time of pandemic taking care of our body is important. Hoping to win. Godbless po.😊😊

Personally, I think that it is important to take a good care of our body because it serves as the temple of our holy spirit and it also enables us to perform our daily activities in life and our body is also what we use reach our goals and dreams in life. And that is why as a student and a teenager who loves to workout and try different physical activities, it makes me want to strive for my fitness goals and also whenever we workout, it also helps with our mental health because you release some endorphins in our body which is really important for me as a student who struggles during online classes in this time of the pandemic. Taking care of my body is important to stay well and healthy and to boost my energy levels to have a better ability to accomplish my daily goals. Taking care of my body also means taking care of myself which is my pathway to fulfillment in my life because I will feel good and confident about myself and enables me to have better overall health including my relationships.
