Good day po.mam,noong march 2021 nacovid patient po ako dhl sa trabaho sa bangko...nagpasa oo ako ng requirements subalit sinabi sa akin ng sss ay iisa lng po daw ang ecc at sss benifets???pakibulabog oo ang sss...hanggang ngayon walang nangyari...nadamay pa ang pamiky ko sa covid....ang agency ko po walang alam mula s manager,operation at hr tungkol sa ecc😭😭😭😭

Kailan po makukuha ang EC ma'am kasi October 10 ,2022 pa po na approved ang disbursement account hanggang ngayun hindi pa pumapasok sa account ko yung EC na makukuha ko kasi na disgrasya ako sa trabaho ma'am

Are you talking about a specific accident arising out of and in the course of employment? How about cumulative trauma injuries where there is no specific accident" occurring? I would like to get more information on the types of injuries that Philippine workers' compensation laws covers. Wonder if you could give me a website where I can email your office.

There aren't specific injuries that can be covered but the basis for compensation would be the instances of compensability or the circumstances surrounding the accident.

nagfile po ng sickness/accident form ang hr namin online, naaksidente po kasi ako sakay ng motor, d po naappove ng sss. wala pong third party kaya wala pong police report kasi po walang third party meron lang pong barangay certificate. Ano pong dapat gawin?
