I did a good number of reseller buyouts in 2023, and while there were definitely treasures in those buyouts, there were also some duds not wroth reselling online. A couple years ago, I started consigning these items at a local pop up consignment sale and actually made some good money doing it! Yes to the holes in the shirt. At first I thought it was moths. But just the other day I decided it was the metal buttons on jeans causing the holes. The fabric of our shirts are of so much lower quality they easily get holes.

I do a kids consignment about once a month. I’m over here rushing to get it all done by Tuesday while watching this video cause even though I do this monthly I always procrastinate 😅 I wish there was an adult one near me also

I bet even if there isn’t an adult consignment sale, there might be a store somewhat nearby? I have two adult consignment stores near me-I haven’t tried consigning with either of them, though!

@@beckyparkco yes there is! One actually just opened up in my town and I sold sooo much to them. They weren’t picky since they wanted to open the store asap. Gonna see how they are now after opening. I went 1-2 times a week these past few months

Yes they are silverfish. I always used to get tiny holes in the front of my shirts. This used to happen in my old house. I had carpet in all my bedrooms. I moved to a new house 7 years ago that has no carpet and I never had the silverfish problem.

Every item that I recently got from Salvation Army has holes from The tagging gun. Yes amazing to get rid of 200 pieces!

How do you start a consignment pop-up? I've never heard of a consignment pop-up! Do you rent a space for 1-2-3 days? Do you advertise it? Can you do a video showing how that works?

We don’t have any adult consignment sales in my area. I wish we did. Do you ever do the kid’s consignment sales? I just participated in a kid’s consignment sale and did really well:-)
