Also I wanted to throw in some sellers take advantage of the fact post office tracking may take up to 24hrs to update, so they will have label printed and say they shipped it but in fact they never did. Thou a scan can have a lag the truth is anything longer than a normal lag it's because the buyer more than likely didn't actually ship it yet.

I hand deliver my packages to my post office, I watch them give it a zap, I take my receipt and I message my buyer your tracking has been updated for tracking. It's the sellers responsibility to ensure the package gets a scan in order for tracking to update for the buyer to track it. If a package gets stolen from the porch pick up area and or the post office neglects to scan in a timely manner that's the risk the seller takes. I mean it wouldn't be the buyers fault. I'm not sure why the buyer would ask for the tracking, was the tracking number not provided upon purchase? Maybe I just don't understand Poshmarks shipping. I leave to work daily so it's convenient for me to just drop off package to post office plus I don't trust anyone and I don't sell much either so it works for me.

Respectfully, it is a bit careless to tell folks to buy (most will have to buy to list) these items NOW when your now is a month ago. As an experienced reseller you know that trends can change in a week much less a month. Inexperienced resellers may not realize or have learned this. My opinion, if you can't stay caught up which is always a problem for you, just report on the most recent week and skip the weeks you missed. I understand that it is hard to stay on track with all that you have going on. I get it but then just do most recent. You should still have enough content to make whatever money you want to make on KZbin.

My last ab technology moved slowly about 4 months ago, before that they all moved fast so maybe they are slowing down now. I canceled a sale on ebay because of a complicated customer. She bought an item, messaged me 7 times including a request to mail to a different address. I told her I couldn't do that because it was against ebay policy and she said 'ok'. I didn't know whether she meant 'ok, mail to the address on the label' or 'ok, cancel the sale'. I asked for clarification and didn't get a reply. On the last day I had to ship it, I decided to cancel the sale and she was mad because she said 'ok' meant she wanted me to ship it to the original. Usually the people who write the most messages and ask the most questions are usually the ones to find a reason to return the item (and make sure it is a 'seller's error' of course) , leave a negative feedback, or ask for a partial refund, so I would rather lose the sale than deal with that.

I have seen wicked on broadway 3 times and I was blown away by how great Ariana and Cynthia far exceeded my expectations and all I can say is they were truly amazing! In fact the final scene I was practically in tears it was so good. I think it just goes to show you that we were so ready to rip into Ariana and she just proved all the haters wrong and I’m so happy to see her thriving! ❤💚💚💖

I've blocked more than one person on Poshmark. One was a guy who was low-key stalking me. I would have given her the tracking number and ended it. She sounds like she has some kind of OCD, which is unfortunate. But you always approach everything with good humor, which is so inspiring!

I really have to wonder if this person (that bought the $20 shoes) wasn't attempting a scam. While watching this video, as soon as you said it felt good to block her (lol I get it), I got a message from a buyer that had received my item, accepted it and left a 5 star review, asking for a refund because she never received the dress....even escalated it to poshmark support.

I do agree with you that your buyer was a pain in the tush and I would have also invited her to the "block party" after the sale was completed and a crappy review received. However, I have to take issue with your statement that you would have gone to the post office yourself if it had been a $500 sale. I've been in sales most of my life and have sold real estate for the last 25 years. Every buyer, from an inexpensive condo to a multi-million dollar home, gets the same level of service and exemplary treatment. Usually, it's the smaller deals and first time buyers who drive me nuts but you never know who they know and if you want life-time clients you treat them all with kid gloves. A buyer of mine who bought a <$200K home was in the music industry and referred an internationally known musician to me who then bought a multi-million dollar house. If I'd treated the $6K commission as if it weren't the biggest purchase of that persons life to date I wouldn't have gotten the larger deal, which then lead to more larger deals. That said, there have been real estate clients who have been invited to the "block party" list for being total nut jobs. No one should take abuse. But, remember that in many cases the $20 sale may be as large a part of a persons budget as the person who buys the $100 item. Still, I'll never forget the woman who bought a shoe called "Ocean Teal" by the maker and she pitched a fit because they were nothing like she imagined Ocean Teal to be in her mind. I guess the 10 pix in the listing weren't enough. She needed a therapist not a pair of sandals.

It is nice to hear that you had to block someone😂….i just started selling on Posh about a month ago. I price competitively and I do give discounts and accept offers. I have a nwot skims sweater priced at $38 and another seller offered me $12, I countered at $30 which is my standard 20% off, she came back with $12. I just let it go and expire, she then offered $12 again, I declined. Then she offered $14, I blocked her. She is another seller, I would be mortified to do that to another seller……..I felt horrible blocking someone my first month in, I hope this isn’t the norm 🤨

Becky, since I'm retired (and selling clothes on ebay part-time), part of me is cringing, and screaming, "Nooo!! I don't wanna multi-task!" 😂 But another part of me is thinking, "Hmm, that really IS a neat idea, being able to get steps in while also listing..." Lol. Edited to add: How do you ship coats and jackets? I assume poly bags? Do you mind sharing what sizes? Most garments ship for me in 13x10, but obviously I'll need larger sizes for winter outerwear.
