wow you didn't replace the plastic welt ! your there and a good leather welt won't crack and no cork or leather wow it looks like poron foam your using for the filler

People get attached to their boots, they are broken in, they have patina...multiple reasons to resole. And Thorogoods look better than Redwings 😉

Those boots are on average $260. Not much of a difference in price to a comparable red wing lol what are you talking about
