This is a wonderfully clear and easy to follow instructional video... and the added bonus of Buster busily trotting around in the background just makes me so happy

Thank you. Your directions and video were fantastic. I was able to do a 3-tiered structured knotted fringe for a summer shawl which was great to give it that flowing finish of a fringe but controls the tendency to fall into things.

It's beautiful, but of course i wish you linked a video to how to do the work leading up to the fringe, that is also great!

This is wonderful! I’m looking for a fringe to finish off a crocheted scarf for my 8 year old niece. I like these are real knots, whereas 98% of everything else I saw was more of a half knot, and I just don’t trust that with an 8 year old. Plus, this kind of “macrame” pattern is just adorable!

No hablo spaish muy bien. Uso de Google Traductor .... Que el final es la cola de trama desde el final de su tejido. Usted lo recorta enrasado con el paño después del lavado.

Actually just yesterday, I worked this fringe and I had an odd number of ends in one bundle. It changes the look a little bit, but the principle is the same-split the fringe in two parts. In my case I had 2 ends on one side and 3 ends on the other.

Love the fringe, is there any way a second row of this lattice pattern can be repeated under the first row? Will try to use this on a crochet Kimono shrug I plan on making. Thank you for making and sharing this video.

You could work it twice, using the last row of knots as your base row.

There is a link to the pattern in the description. I used Classic Elite Seedling in the Warp and Rowan Creative Linen in the weft. Seedling is no longer available, although you might still be able to find a skein or two online.
