7:12 I completely agree. I absolutely love lush and the friendliness of the staff. But due to SOCIAL anxiety, being hounded, makes me extremely uncomfortable. The last time I went into lush the employee (who was lovely) was physically pushing me and tugging me (gently) around the store showing me products, I hate when strangers touch me and that did cause me to have issue going back, so i now order online. Great video

Great vid but just for future reference, the staff in the stores are employEES, not employERS. Would love a nightmare customer storytime!

hi im wondering if you can answer some questions for me. Im a soap maker and have difficulty with the scents fading. I ue the highest recommended usage rate and still have an issue. I have 2 question 1. does lush use a particular chemical / produst to enhance the scent. I dont know how lush get away with their soaps being so strong. Even here in Australia their soaps are so strong which i absolutely love but and im trying to replicate avstrong smelling soap. 2. It seems that lush use melt and pour base and then add their fragrance and additives. As ive watched their videos where they use the soap pellets and remelt them. But how does their soap not sweat which is notorious for sweating. hope you can help. cheers tanya

also, before working at lush did you have any experience in retail before ?? did it seem to be something they were bothered about if you did/ didn't ??
@RubyWoodss6 жыл бұрын
ughhheather I didnt have retail experience but I had worked on a food stall for several summers beforehand. They didn't seem that bothered as they watch how you are with people and will train you on the rest xxxx
