I went to a Dangerous concert in 1992 and you can't imagine how glaringly bright this frontal floodlight was during these short breaks and I can still remember that the concert got even louder after this song. Years later, I was in a cab with a driver who lived near the stadium where the concert took place. He was talking about Tina Turner, ACDC, Metallica etc. and then said, but by far the loudest was MICHAEL JACKSON!!!!

Michael loved his music loud af! Even in the studio, his producers have complained about having to run out of the studio a few times because of MJs loud playback 😂🤣

@@for-house-stark Yes, Brad Sundberg confirmed this to us in one of his seminars. The studio speakers probably had to be repaired on a weekly basis. 😂

I have to second this! My Dad lived about 15 mins away from Wembley Stadium.. I was staying with him because my Mum was given tickets to the Dangerous concert in 1992 but couldn't take me as I was too young. What made it worse for 5 year old me was that I could hear every song clear as day from my Dad's house because it was sooo loud, but couldn't be there to witness it live!!! 😂 I eventually got to go to HIStory in 1997 so...

Sooooo much energy!!!! His singing, shouts and every single move he makes gives me goosebumps!! This is an AMAZING concert! The black panther kind of represents the Black Panther movement, which confronted politicians, challenged the police, and protected black citizens from brutality. it is a reflection of his anger and frustration towards racism. There are a lot of things from MJ that have a deeper meaning.

I like the music of Prince and Michael Jackson and I have seen their performances, I have realized that both always gave moments of prominence to the members of their bands. Thanks to that, we know who played for them on their tours.

The blue pants is supposed to represent a worker’s overall pants, I think. One of the best things I like about MJ’s dancing, is how he moves in and out of the choreography without missing beat. Runs up and down and just slots in. And the great thing about this song is that it’s so funky.

You are absolutely right. The first live performance I saw Michael did was from Bad tour in Yokohama 1987. He performed "working day and night", with so much energy and he would do his own moves and join the other dancers without missing a beat. I was so amazed and started watching his live performances. I was always at awe...but it's Michael Jackson... there's no explanation. Even from the Jackson 5 era... he's just so natural. Music and dance flows through him.

At the end the disappearing act is a like a magic trick, Michael loved magic and fantasy and added these to make the transitions to the next song more entertaining and exciting, so they wonder what's coming next, I love it, it's so unique! The audience loved it too!

And as always, Michael killed this performance. But I love the outfit he wore for "working day and night" in Yokohama 1987 and Wembley 1988 more than this one..The jumpsuits were just🔥🔥

Michael loves magic, so it's no surprise that, as a perfectionist, he works with the best magicians for his tours: For the Dangerous Tour, he hired David Copperfield. Copperfield also made an appearance in the video for Liberian Girl. For the BAD Tour, Michael hired the magician Siegfried ('Siegfried & Roy') for the magic trick at the end of Workin Day And Night.

I saw this lady guitarist at Sevenoaks Stag Theatre in Kent when I was working there as a steward. (usher) She was touring with Navi - Michael Jackson's N0.1 tribute and impersonator who met Michael a few times and I had met a few months earlier at another theatre in Kent. Navi had been super to me, gave me a nice autograph and said he'd mention my first name during the 'tribute' show which he did! Because being a steward I could stop people from filming the concert on their phones, it meant at times I was right by the feet of this wonderful lady guitarist on the stage! Great reaction as usual Seph!😀♥

Seph, great reaction as always👏. The black panther was a symbol of the Black Power movement against racism in the USA and Apartheid in South Africa. The final part of the video Black or white he dances the "Panther Dance" .Michael breaks the car windows with racist symbols. I believe that these racist symbols were not seen in all countries.

I keep rewatching this video haha love your reaction!! Seph I don't think people realize how much it takes to do what he did, alll that energy, it's said that all the dancing and jumping was so physically draining he lost between 8 to 10 pounds after each concert, they even had to get pants of different waist sizes for him to wear during these shows, that's how much weight he lost, and he didn't eat or sleep enough, his make up artist and those who worked with him said it took him hours for him to get his adrenaline down after the concerts so that he would finally sleep, it got to the point where he got dizzy and almost passed out during a show because of physical exhaustion and still he didn't stop because he didn't want to let the fans down like imagine doing that for months on end ??? AND singing on top of that?? No wonder he said he hated touring, honestly I don't know how he was able to pull that off, I know no artist today with THAT amount of dedication and that is why he is the greatest to ever do it!! And to think that he donated all the proceeds from the concerts to charity!! King!! 👑

When I was a child my favorite television show was Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. Did that bit of American children's culture make it over to Britain? Anyway, my favorite bit of the show was when Mr. Rogers would hang up his jacket in the closet while extracting a cardigan sweater. He'd then put on the sweater and then change out of his dress shoes into his sneakers. There was an ASMR element to it all that kinda gave me the tingles. I've said this before, but it's worth repeating. When you pause and dissect the artist's outfit, I get those same ASMR-like tingles. Oftentimes you go into a mini-trance and nearly always tilt your head to the side to get a better look, like a dog does when he's breaking his owner's heart. And you don't disappoint here. (3:54) I love the "He-Man Harness" reference. It's amazing what bits of American culture make it over to you. "By the power of GreySkull!" This "fingering action" part here, though, I'm not so sure of. (8:20) It is a very strange move, but then again, strange moves are part of what makes his performances so unique. Michael's robot moves are the coolest. And you did a really decent job mimicking them here. (8:52) (16:13) "Is it a he or a she?" (9:09) I gotta say I had the exact same thought at first. Kinda has that 80s hair metal band vibe to her. I'm not really fond of the extended solos, but it does show off his band members' chops. "I probably would have fainted and they would have carried me off an hour ago." (12:11) I can only imagine what an intense experience it would be to take you to a concert from an artist that you absolutely love. OMG, this moment where Michael starts slapping that woman's ass out of nowhere! (14:25) So random! But it only got funnier when you added, "Lucky woman!" I love the look on your face while Michael is placed under the tarp during the magic trick. (14:51) But then there is a big cut. What happened?! What Seph take have we been deprived of? And you introduce a new catch phrase at the very end. "Catch ya on the next one." (16:48) Is the "banger" ranking a thing of the past?

@@moscokidd3813 it didn't get sufficiently promoted. Never even played on MTV. Also, the video was too long, almost forty minutes long. Which obviously worked against it. Then there was the allegations, which by that time the industry had blackballed MJ so hard. The timing of the shortfilm was it's worst enemy
