I will be starting my own spanish/kiko goat heard in a few years, I will probably make something similar to what you have. I have access to welders and steel, but I prefer to work with wood, so mine will probably be a hybrid between something you could buy (diy'd from steel) and something like yours. First I got to get my property refenced, the fences haven't been touched in 30 years and the heather has taken them over. I'll be doing it mostly alone but I'll manage! Herders like you putting your setups on youtube is such a great encouragement!

I love the working chute! Brilliant ideas. Only thing I would add is a feed dish at the head gate so they'd stick their head through to see if there was food in there. Dairy goats know that's where the goodies are. You can put a couple of animal cookies in there as a treat or a handful of grain to entertain them long enough to latch the head gate.

Just ran across your channel researching about goats. Just recently started my herd. Got 5 nannies that are brush goats is all l know about them,. I see the way to go is kilos and once I finished my fencing l will be looking for some in my area to purchase. I live in south Mississippi. Looking to learn from you. Like the corral setup, good idea for me in the future
