In this video we will se the working of an Ferrite magnet charging machine . We know that every material has some magnetic dipoles ,but under normal condtions when a metarial is not magnetized these dipoles are aligned in the random fashion due to which the net magnetism is zero . Now to permanentetly magnetize a material we need to allign these dipoles in a specific order.
In this machine a ferrite magnet ( Intially uncharged ) is placed between two coppper windings and when a high amount of current is passed through these windings , a strong magnetic field is established in these windings and if the ferrite magnet ( Intially uncharged ) is placed inside this magnetic field then the dipole of the ferrite magnet gets allgined with the magnetic field established by the windings , this causes permanent magnetization of the ferrite
