Your making tremendous progress,wish I was on mine.I like what you've with the foam stacked on it's edge.Wish I had a friend with that much foam board.That stuff is ridiculously priced!

During op,sessions, when a train goes into upper staging is the operator going to have to run around the layout and get into the staging area in under 10:seconds to avoid an issue or what?

Yes, but it's about 25ft before any issues. He will have plenty time at scale speed.
