Top work with the sports betting. Your vids always help re-motivate me. As for trading 212 remember that 5.12% is essentially invested by them and not fscs protected i think. Also obviously be aware of your personal savings allowance as things grow. I park my money in a chip flexible ISA (5% I have to watch my PSA now) after I've used up the higher bank rates. Don't underestimate the banks 'regular savers' accounts which often are 6-8% and you can withdraw whenever from some (nationwide,RBS group). Great work.

The Euro's are on this year so will still be a decent amount of offers and horse racing is year round. Are you looking at starting matched betting?

@SmartSportsTrader yes. I do have some accounts but never used as matched bet. I only use it like a maximum of 50ish pound back in days. Only using betfair exchange for some football.

Howdy again, how do u add up odds? Like trying to work out odds for combinations like player to score & team to win for example. Is there a site that explains this. Also did I hear u say u have an exchange value bets service?

I think Bookie Bashing calculate these. I normally use the money matched on exchanges as a marker. Yes I run a service that focuses on finding value on the exchanges - ko-fi.com/smartsportstrader

@@SmartSportsTrader Ideal cheers. Was meaning how do u calculate the odds for a combination when theres not a market for it on the exchange. Just starting to do value bets. Presume that its common that prices can drift (esp horse racing). So selection ends up not being value. Had this happen a few times

@@AlwaysAnOpportunity That's not something I calculate so sorry I can't help you. Yes this will happen odds will drift. However they will also shorten at times, by taking the value bet at the time you are consistently getting bets that will beat the closing line on average but not every time.

I was tempted to start a blog but didn’t know if it would be a great long-term idea with the shift to short-form video consumption. Would you recommend? I suppose with your KZbin you’re able to get the free traffic. Also, what do you thinking of Amazon FBA?

The good thing about a blog is that you have an asset that you own. However Google recently seemed to be favouring big brands over smaller independent websites which has seen traffic drop for smaller creators. However I still make a good income from my blog for the time spent on it. Helps if you some social media following to get initial traffic. Can't comment on Amazon FBA as this is not something I have done.

£15k profit from betting is great, £40k profit the previous year is unreal also. Is that through matched betting/bookie offers or just value betting on exchange? I find it really hard to find inefficiencies on the exchange and make proper money

At the moment I use mostly betting exchanges, in 2022 I still had a few of the bigger bookmakers left. It is mostly from value betting, which is why I experience a lot more variance month to month now.

Thanks for the comment. It is a viable way to make money but not easy. Personally I prefer straight up value betting as its set and forget but still trade a little pre match. I think with Betfair trading its about nailing down your edge and specific sport that suits your style of trading.
